真空微粉粒補集輸送器

設備介紹
		‧氣流式真空產生器：壓縮空氣驅動以產生真空，輸送的管路內呈負壓狀態;在真空產生器旁有一的儲氣罐，在吸氣過程中，裡面充滿了壓縮空氣。 ‧過濾器: 固/氣體分離用特殊材質，可水洗.烘乾 ‧卸料機構: 欲輸送的粉顆粒由吸入口吸入，並沿著輸送管路到達收集容器。當輸送的粉顆粒充滿容器時，真空產生器停上(手動或自動停止)。輸送機的卸料閥將打開，同時儲氣罐內蓄壓之空氣逆衝進入過濾器，將吸附於過濾器上之粉體吹下並破收集器內之真空，以便將容器內之粉體卸至目的桶槽。
